CNC lathes produce custom parts on demand, covering materials, sizes, and precision structures.

Lathe machining offers flexibility and versatility, featuring various processing modes such as Swiss-type, turret-type, and turn-mill compound machining. We provide a wide range of manufacturing processes, including cutting, drilling, tapping, reaming, and milling, suitable for producing precision components from diverse materials such as metals, plastics, and wood. Customized solutions are available, with the option to choose between cam-type lathes or high-precision CNC lathes according to specific requirements.

We specialize in CNC turning and precision machining, offering customized components tailored to customer requirements. Our product scope includes nuts, studs/screws, rivets, locating/retaining pins, guide bushings/pillars, washers, spray nozzles, connector components, and various decorative metal parts.

These components are widely used across electronics, machinery, automotive, aerospace, and consumer industries, delivering high structural strength, precision tolerance, and refined surface quality.

Precision-Turned Nut & Component Materials

Brass:

Excellent machinability, good conductivity and corrosion resistance

Phosphor Bronze:

High elasticity, wear resistance, fatigue strength, good conductivity

Stainless Steel:

High strength, excellent corrosion resistance; 316 offers superior chemical resistance

Carbon Steel / Alloy Steel:

High strength, suitable for heat treatment to increase hardness and wear resistance

Aluminum Alloy:

Lightweight, good machinability and corrosion resistance; 7075 provides higher strength

Copper:

Outstanding electrical and thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance

Plastics:

Lightweight, wear & chemical resistance, electrical insulation, low friction

Wood:

Lightweight, non-conductive, vibration damping; machinable on CNC lathe

Surface Finishing / Plating Process

Gold Plating

Provides excellent electrical conductivity and oxidation resistance. Commonly applied to contact terminals of high-frequency signals and high-reliability connectors.

Tin Plating – Matte Tin / Bright Tin
- Matte Tin: Suitable for subsequent soldering operations. Reduces the risk of tin whisker formation and offers superior solderability.
- Bright Tin: Features a shiny appearance, with basic corrosion resistance and good electrical conductivity.
Nickel Plating
Primarily used for corrosion resistance and to prevent copper diffusion. Functions as a barrier layer between metals and also improves surface hardness.
Zinc Plating
Provides good corrosion resistance with cost-effectiveness. Widely applied for protection of structural parts and general hardware components.

Step 1. Submit Requirements

Please fill out the RFQ form, attach your product drawings, and specify required details (material, plating/finish, packaging, and quantity).

Step 2. Evaluation & Quotation

Once we receive your request, our engineering team will review the design and confirm feasibility.
Based on material, quantity, plating, and tolerance requirements, we will provide an official quotation and lead time. If any details are unclear, we will contact you for clarification.

Step 3. Sampling (For New Products)

Upon your confirmation of the quotation, we typically produce 1 to 5 samples for your approval.

Step 4. Order Confirmation

After sample approval, please issue the official Purchase Order (PO).

Step 5. Mass Production & Inspection

Production will be scheduled according to your order, including CNC machining, secondary processing, and surface finishing.
Quality inspections are carried out throughout the process to ensure consistent quality.

Step 6. Shipping & After-Sales Service

After packaging, products will be shipped according to your instructions.
We provide technical support for every order after delivery.
