RIVET

RIVET

A rivet is a metal pin for fastening parts, widely applied in machinery and building structures.

Lathe machining offers flexibility and versatility, featuring various processing modes such as Swiss-type, turret-type, and turn-mill compound machining. We provide a wide range of manufacturing processes, including cutting, drilling, tapping, reaming, and milling, suitable for producing precision components from diverse materials such as metals, plastics, and wood. Customized solutions are available, with the option to choose between cam-type lathes or high-precision CNC lathes according to specific requirements.

Our rivets are available in a wide range of types to suit various engineering and fastening requirements. They are classified according to head style, material, installation method, and functional application.

  • Rivet: Basic fastening component that permanently joins two or more workpieces through plastic deformation, commonly used in sheet metal and mechanical structures.

  • Self-Clinching Nut / Rivet Nut Stud: Nut studs installed on thin sheets using a self-clinching process, providing strong internal threads; commonly used in electronics and enclosures.

  • Blind Rivet Nut / Rivet Nut: Can be installed from one side only, ideal for applications where the backside of the workpiece is inaccessible; forms a secure threaded anchor after installation.

  • Externally Threaded Rivet / Rivet Stud: Rivets with external threads that provide a threaded structure on thin sheets, facilitating the assembly or attachment of subsequent components.
