DOWEL PINS
DOWEL PINS
A locating pin ensures precise positioning and fixation of parts, maintaining assembly accuracy.
We provide versatile lathe machining services using Swiss-type and CNC lathes, delivering precision components across multiple materials. Our dowel pins are available in various structures and functions to meet diverse application needs.
Cylindrical Pin / Straight Pin: The most common type, with a circular cross-section and high tolerance accuracy, used for precise positioning.
Taper Pin: Conical in shape, fixed by self-locking, commonly used in locations requiring disassembly or adjustment.
Threaded Pin: Features external threads, facilitating easy installation or removal.
Solid Dowel Pin: Fixed by interference fit (press-fit), providing high positioning accuracy.
Spring Pin / Roll Pin: Open-coil or spiral-shaped, secured by elastic expansion against the hole wall, easy to install, often used for vibration resistance.
Threaded Dowel Pin: One or both ends threaded, can be screwed in or removed with tools.
Taper Dowel Pin: Fixed by taper fit, creating a self-locking effect.
Headless Dowel Pin: Flat on both ends, remains flush after installation, suitable for hidden mounting.
Headed Dowel Pin: One end with a head, facilitating removal or serving as a stop.
Shoulder Dowel Pin / Step Pin: Features a shoulder to control assembly depth or act as a stop.
Locating Pin: Ensures precise positioning between components.
Shear Pin: Acts as an overload protection, designed to shear under excessive load.
Guide Pin: Commonly used in molds for guiding and positioning.
