• Straight Guide Post: Basic type, used in conjunction with plain guide bushings.

• Shoulder Guide Post: Features a locating shoulder for more secure installation, commonly used in molds.

• Hollow Guide Post: Lightweight design, can also serve as pneumatic or hydraulic channels.

• Hard Chrome Plated Guide Post: Chrome-plated surface enhances wear resistance and corrosion protection.

• Plain Guide Bushing: Basic type with a straight bore, pairs with guide posts to provide precise guidance.

• Press-fit Guide Bushing / Insert Bushing: Can be inserted into mold or mounting bases for easy replacement and maintenance.

• Flange Guide Bushing: Features an external flange for easy positioning and secure fixation.

• Grooved / Lubricated Bushing: Bore or outer surface includes lubrication grooves to facilitate oiling and extend service life.
